About the Course

Leading with Purpose: Leadership Styles & Supervision in Early Childhood Education is designed for early childhood educators preparing to step into leadership roles such as team leads, program coordinators, or center directors. This dynamic, hands-on course blends self-reflection, collaborative dialogue, and practical application to help participants develop the skills and confidence needed to lead with purpose.


Through interactive activities, case studies, role-playing, and peer coaching, participants will explore diverse leadership styles, supervision models, and strategies for supporting curriculum implementation, inclusive learning environments, and positive staff and family relationships. By the end of the program, educators will be equipped to guide teams with integrity, empathy, and intentionality, fostering meaningful outcomes for children, families, and the early childhood community.
